Mesa Orman

Mesa Orman is a low-rise residential development developed by Mesa Mesken on a 30,000 m² forest-edge land in the Çubuklu neighborhood of Beykoz, on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. Eight four-story blocks accommodate 219 apartments, ranging from 2+1 to 6+1, with sizes of approximately 125–300 m², all of which feature balconies. The project is adjacent to the Beykoz forest and the Çubuklu natural pond; it is just minutes away from Kavacık, the FSM Bridge, and the Çubuklu–İstinye ferry terminal. Completed in 2020, the development is distinguished by its neighboring 1.5 million m² forest, which acts as a natural oxygen reservoir, and its four-season swimming pool with a retractable roof.
