Yedi Mavi

Yedi Mavi is a sea-facing mixed-use development in Kazlıçeşme, Zeytinburnu, on Istanbul's European Marmara coast, developed by the Kalkavan Yapı–Hasan Sever İnşaat–Gül Yapı partnership on TOBB land and delivered in 2019. The project offers 848 units in six 17-storey blocks, with 1+1 to 5+1 layouts from 74 to 400 m², most enjoying uninterrupted Marmara views. Beside the Kazlıçeşme Marmaray station and the coastal road, and adjacent to the historic Zeytinburnu waterfront regeneration, Yedi Mavi pairs 51,500 m² of landscaped green space with a private tunnel connecting residents directly to the seafront.
