Buyukyali

Büyükyalı İstanbul is a seafront residential quarter in Kazlıçeşme, Zeytinburnu, on the Marmara shore beside the Historic Peninsula. Developed by the Özak GYO–Ziylan–Yenigün partnership under an Emlak Konut GYO revenue-share model, it comprises 1,540 residences with 1+1 to 5+1 layouts from 77 to 400 m² across thirteen plan types. Kazlıçeşme Marmaray station and coastal Kennedy Avenue put Sultanahmet and the airport corridors minutes away. Completed in 2020, the project is built around restored 19th-century industrial buildings, weaving listed heritage structures into a contemporary waterfront neighbourhood.
