Yooistanbul

Yooistanbul is a designer residential enclave in Balmumcu, Beşiktaş, at the center of the Ulus–Ortaköy–Zincirlikuyu triangle on Istanbul's European side, developed by Say Yapı and delivered in 2017. Set on 22,000 m² with 80% green coverage, the low-rise scheme comprises 116 residences in eleven blocks of five and a half storeys, from 2+1 apartments to icon penthouses spanning 110 to 947 m². Minutes from Zincirlikuyu metro, Zorlu Center and the Bosphorus shore, Yooistanbul is Turkey's first yoo-branded project, with interiors designed by Philippe Starck.
