Yeşilyaka

Yeşilyaka is a master-planned villa community in Karaağaç, Büyükçekmece, on Istanbul's western European shore, developed jointly by Mesa Mesken and Nurol GYO across a 650,000 m² site, with the Koru phase delivered in 2018 and the lagoon-side Su phase in 2024. Together the phases offer around 645 detached and duplex villas in 3+1 to 5+2 layouts from roughly 264 to 463 m². Set beside West Istanbul Marina with quick access to the E-80 and the Büyükçekmece lake basin, Yeşilyaka is best known for its canal-front 'Su' villas — a Venice-inspired waterway concept rare in the Istanbul market.
