Yalı Ataköy

Yalı Ataköy is a seafront residential development in Ataköy, Bakırköy, on Istanbul's European Marmara shore, built by the Özyazıcı İnşaat–Karadeniz Örme partnership with TOKİ guarantee and delivered around 2019. Set on 72,864 m² of coastal land, the project comprises 512 residences in five blocks of up to sixteen storeys, plus 64 offices and street shops, with 1+1 to 5+1 layouts from 66 to 200 m². Directly on the Ataköy marina coastline with uninterrupted sea views, minutes from the E-5, metro and Ataköy's beach clubs, Yalı Ataköy is one of the few true front-line seafront addresses on the European side.
