Vadistanbul

Vadistanbul is a 1,350,000 m² mixed-use city quarter in Ayazağa, Sarıyer, at the gateway to the Belgrade Forest on Istanbul's European side, developed by the Artaş İnşaat–İnvest İnşaat joint venture and delivered in phases between 2014 and 2017. Its Teras and Park residential phases total approximately 3,000 apartments in 1+1 to 5+1 layouts from 81 to 306 m², alongside the Bulvar phase's offices, hotel and shopping street. Connected by its own funicular link to the M2 Seyrantepe metro and fronting the restored Kağıthane stream promenade, Vadistanbul anchors the valley with the landmark Vadistanbul AVM.
