Topkapı 29

Topkapı 29 is a mixed-use district developed by Akzirve in Seyitnizam, Zeytinburnu, on the E5 at the historic Topkapı gate. The project brings together 1,441 residences in 1+1 to 5+1 layouts across sixteen blocks of five to fifteen storeys, alongside two hotels, a shopping mall and a medical facility, making it a self-contained quarter rather than a single complex. Residents share swimming pools, a Turkish bath and sauna, a football pitch, children's playgrounds and indoor parking, with 24-hour security throughout. First-phase handovers began in 2025. The location places the old city, the Marmara shore and the European business districts all within a short drive, with metro and tram connections a few minutes away.
