Tersane Istanbul

Tersane İstanbul is a landmark waterfront regeneration in Kasımpaşa, Beyoğlu, on the Golden Horn, developed by GAP İnşaat of Çalık Holding, with its first phase opened in 2023 and later phases in delivery. Rising on the 242,000 m² site of the 15th-century Ottoman imperial shipyards, the project offers around 660 residences — Yalı Apartments, Tersane Apartments and Aliée Lofts — in 1+1 to 4.5+1 layouts from 95 to 501 m². With its own marina, hotels, museum quarter and retail promenade minutes from Taksim and Haliç metro, Tersane İstanbul is the largest coastal restoration project in the city's modern history.
