Tema İstanbul 2

Tema İstanbul 2 is a resort-style residential city in Halkalı, Küçükçekmece, on Istanbul's European side, developed by Artaş İnşaat in partnership with Mesa and Kantur-Akdaş and completed in 2023. The scheme comprises 2,280 apartments plus 70 villas, with 1+1 to 4+1 layouts from 82 to 246 m² set among themed landscaped gardens.
