Sur Yapı Exen İstanbul

Sur Yapı Exen İstanbul is a large-scale residential development in Tantavi, Ümraniye, on Istanbul's Asian side, completed by Sur Yapı in 2022. The project delivers 1,038 apartments across 17 mid-rise buildings of eight to thirteen floors and one 43-storey landmark tower, with 1+1 to 4+1 layouts between 73 and 174 m². Located on the Çamlıca fringe of Ümraniye near the FSM Bridge approach, TEM highway and the district's expanding metro network, Exen İstanbul is distinguished by sweeping Marmara Sea and Princes' Islands views from its tower and an unusually rich resort-style social program for the Asian side.
