Seba Flats

Seba Flats is a twin-block residential project in the Cendere Valley of Kağıthane, on Istanbul's rising European-side development axis, built by Seba İnşaat. Completed in 2019, it offers 202 apartments — 101 per 13-storey block — from 1+1 to 4+1 and 75 m² to 270 m², many with terraces or private gardens. The project connects directly to the TEM highway and sits minutes from Vadistanbul, Seyrantepe metro and the Levent–Maslak business districts. A shared ground-floor podium of pools and social facilities linking the two blocks is a signature of its design.
