SeaPearl Ataköy

SeaPearl Ataköy is a flagship seafront development in Ataköy, Bakırköy, built directly on the Marmara shoreline by Kuzu Group. Its residential phases were delivered in 2017, comprising 1,401 residences from 1+1 to 5+1 between 89 m² and 398 m², later joined by a JW Marriott hotel. Once cited as Europe's largest mixed-use project with an investment value of about US$2.7 billion, SeaPearl is one of Istanbul's only residential addresses with direct sea frontage, minutes from Ataköy Marina, the coastal road and Metrobus. Princes' Islands views and marina access define its waterfront character.
