Route İstanbul

Route İstanbul is a residential and commercial development in Ataköy, Bakırköy, on Istanbul's European side, developed by Özyazıcı İnşaat. Delivered in 2018, it comprises 302 residences and 20 commercial units in two blocks, with 1+1 and 2+1 layouts from 75 m² to 272 m², including terraced apartments. The project fronts the E-5 highway at the point where metro, Metrobus and coastal routes intersect, putting Ataköy Marina, major shopping centres and the Marmara coast minutes away.
