Rams Beyond

RAMS Beyond is a 41-storey ultra-luxury mixed-use tower in Maslak, Sarıyer, on Istanbul's Büyükdere business axis, developed by RAMS Global. Delivered in 2025, it contains 471 residences from 1+1 to 3+1 between 101 m² and 276 m², plus offices, retail and a hotel component. Rising 178 m with steel-frame engineering by Thornton Tomasetti and architecture by Dome+Partners, the tower revives the former 'Diamond of Istanbul' site, steps from the M2 metro on the Levent–Maslak corridor. It ranks among Turkey's tallest steel-structure buildings, crowned by a helipad and 360° panoramic terrace.
