Rams Garden

RAMS Garden is a large-scale residential and mixed-use development in Bahçelievler, on Istanbul's European side, developed by RAMS Türkiye, part of RAMS Global. Completed in 2024, it comprises 796 apartments and 29 commercial units in 11 blocks on a 116,000 m² site, with layouts from 2+1 to 5+1 and sizes from 105 m² to 307 m². The project offers quick access to the E-5 and TEM motorways, Metrobus lines and both airports' road corridors. A 33,000 m² landscaped garden — including residents' fruit and vegetable allotments — anchors its low-density master plan.
