Prive Kemer

Prive Kemer is a low-rise residential development in Göktürk, Eyüpsultan, on the European side of Istanbul, developed by Şenkaya İnşaat. Completed in 2024, the project offers 165 apartments across 13 six-storey blocks, with layouts from 2+1 to 5.5+1 and sizes from 137 m² to 674 m². Set on 48,000 m² of land — 60% of it landscaped green space — it sits at the edge of Belgrad Forest, within walking distance of Kemer Country Club and a short drive from Göktürk centre and the TEM connection. The car-free site design dedicates all open areas to landscaping.
