Onur Park Life

Onur Park Life İstanbul is a large residential complex in Koza, Esenyurt, adjacent to Bahçeşehir on Istanbul's European side, developed by Onur İnşaat of Onur Group. Nine blocks of up to 16 storeys on 46,800 m² contain 718 apartments from 1+0 to 3+1, sized 70–181 m², alongside around 213 street-concept shops; deliveries ran in three phases from 2018 to 2020. The site fronts the TEM motorway with a five-minute link to the E-5, sits 500 m from Akbatı shopping mall and lies close to a planned metro station.
