Nurol Park

Nurol Park is a landmark residential complex in Güneşli, Bağcılar, on Istanbul's European side, developed by Nurol GYO and completed in early 2017. Five blocks across a 55,000 m² site contain 1,186 homes in tower, residence and loft formats, from 1+1 to 4+1 and roughly 57–194 m², alongside an open-air shopping street and a hotel block. The location commands the Basın Ekspres corridor with fast connections to the TEM and E-5 motorways, Istanbul Airport and Atatürk Airport's redevelopment zone. Its mixed loft-residence-tower composition made it one of Güneşli's largest single-phase urban developments.
