Nidapark Çengelköy

Nidapark Çengelköy is a low-rise residential project in Güzeltepe, Üsküdar, on Istanbul's Asian side, developed by Tahincioğlu. Twelve blocks of garden floor plus four storeys hold 207 apartments from 2+1 to 5.5+1 duplexes, ranging 135–450 m². The hillside setting is minutes from the Bosphorus shore at Çengelköy and the 15 July Martyrs Bridge, with fast connections to Üsküdar centre and the Çamlıca junction. The design consciously revives Istanbul's traditional mahalle (neighbourhood) culture around village-square landscaping, and many residences enjoy open Bosphorus and sea views across the Asian shoreline.
