Bomonti By Rotana

Bomonti Residences by Rotana (formerly Nidapark Bomonti) is a branded-residence complex in Bomonti, Şişli, in central European Istanbul, developed by Nida İnşaat and operated under the Rotana hospitality brand. A 39-storey tower and two adjacent blocks hold 599 residences plus offices and shops, with 1+1 to 4.5+1 homes of roughly 82–350 m². Taksim Square and the E-5 are five minutes away, the metro seven, and Istanbul Airport about 30. Fully fitted units with 3.2 m ceilings and hotel-style Rotana services distinguish the project, completed in 2025 with panoramic Bosphorus and city views from upper floors.
