Next Level Kemer

Next Level Kemer is a low-density residential project in Kemerburgaz (Göktürk), Eyüpsultan, on Istanbul's European side, developed by Pasifik GYO on a 36,000 m² site. Nine blocks hold 274 residences from 1+1 to 5.5+1, sized roughly 80–438 m². Bordering the Belgrad Forest greenbelt, the project is three metro stops from Istanbul Airport on the M11 Gayrettepe–Airport line, with direct TEM highway access. A large central courtyard anchors its neighbourhood-style masterplan — designed so children can play safely — and delivery is targeted for late 2026.
