Nefes Koru Göktürk

Nefes Koru Göktürk is a nature-focused residential project in Göktürk, Eyüpsultan, on Istanbul's European side, developed by Zilal İnşaat in partnership with Gül İnşaat. On a 26,000 m² site, its blocks hold 202 homes from 2+1 to 5+1 in flat, duplex and villa formats, sized roughly 75–280 m², plus commercial spaces. The project neighbours Kemer Country and the Belgrad Forest, about 15 minutes from Istanbul Airport with direct TEM highway access. Large forest-view terraces and smart-home infrastructure define the scheme, set in one of the city's greenest family districts.
