Nef Kandilli

Nef Kandilli (Nef Reserve Kandilli) is a luxury residential estate in Kandilli, Üsküdar, near the Asian shore of the Bosphorus, developed by Nef. Low-rise blocks across a roughly 40,000 m² site contain 406 residences from 2+1 to 5+1, including duplexes, sized about 157–423 m². The estate sits minutes from Kandilli pier and Anadolu Hisarı, around 30 minutes from Taksim. Every home features large terraces — many with Bosphorus Bridge and sea views — and delivery was phased through 2022–2023, in one of Üsküdar's most storied waterfront neighbourhoods.
