Mesa Orman

Mesa Orman is a low-rise residential enclave in Çubuklu, Beykoz, on Istanbul's Asian side, developed by Mesa Mesken on a 30,000 m² forest-edge site. Eight four-storey blocks hold 219 apartments from 2+1 to 6+1, sized roughly 125–300 m², all with balconies. The project borders Beykoz forest and the Çubuklu natural pond, minutes from Kavacık, the FSM Bridge and the Çubuklu–İstinye ferry. Completed in 2020, it is distinguished by its 1.5-million-m² forest neighbour — a natural oxygen reserve — and a four-season swimming pool with retractable roof.
