Mesa Koz is a 28-storey residential tower in Kozyatağı, Kadıköy, on Istanbul's Asian side, developed by Mesa Mesken Sanayii A.Ş. The single block holds 280 apartments in 1+1 to 3+1 layouts of roughly 65–289 m². Two minutes from Kozyatağı metro on the M4 line and beside the E-5 and TEM highways, it offers rapid access across the city, with Bağdat Avenue five minutes away.
