Mesa Çubuklu 28

Mesa Çubuklu 28 is a boutique residential complex in Çubuklu, Beykoz, on Istanbul's Asian side, developed by Mesa Mesken Sanayii A.Ş. Six low-rise blocks contain just 80 apartments in flat and duplex layouts from 1+1 to 4+1, ranging roughly 79–311 m². Set beside Riva Road, it is five minutes from the FSM Bridge and seven from the Çubuklu–İstinye ferry pier, with fast access to both sides of the Bosphorus. Completed in 2018, the project is prized for its forest-and-sea setting and four-sided daylight with generous balconies in every residence.
