Maslak Koru is a large mixed-use development in Ayazağa (Maslak), Sarıyer, built jointly by Invest İnşaat and Kiptaş. Across 13 low-rise blocks on a 49,360 m² site it offers 754 residences and 262 offices, with 1+1 to 5+1 apartments of roughly 65–315 m². The project neighbours Vadistanbul and Istanbul's central business corridor, minutes from İstinye Park, the M2 metro line and the Bosphorus bridges. Its horizontal architecture — capped at 60 m against Maslak's high-rise skyline — and forest-edge setting distinguish the scheme, with completion targeted for 2027.
