Maslak 42

Maslak 42 is a landmark mixed-use tower complex in Maslak, Sarıyer, on Istanbul's European side, developed by Bay İnşaat. Two 42-storey towers hold 442 residences plus 14 penthouses, from 1+1 to 3+1 layouts of roughly 69–269 m², alongside offices, retail and a hotel. The project sits in Maslak's central business district, 500 m from İTÜ Ayazağa metro station and minutes from the FSM Bridge and Büyükdere Avenue. Designed by Chapman Taylor to LEED green-building standards, Maslak 42 is known for its near-four-metre ceilings and was the district's first large-scale mixed-use development, delivered in 2014.
