Locamahal

Locamahal is a large-scale urban regeneration development in Sümer, Zeytinburnu, beside the historic Veliefendi Hippodrome, delivered by KİPTAŞ, the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's housing developer. First keys were handed over in 2021 across 20 blocks holding 1,262 apartments in 2+1 to 4+1 layouts from 118 m² to 208 m², plus 77 commercial units on a 36,000 m² site. The location reaches the Marmaray rail line, Metrobüs and the coastal D-100 within minutes, close to Bakırköy's amenities and the Marmara shore. As a municipal-led transformation of an earthquake-risk quarter, it carries strong institutional assurance.
