Leitert Bodrum Modern

Leitert Bodrum Modern is a seafront resort development in Meşelik, on the Bodrum peninsula's Güvercinlik bay (administratively Milas, Muğla), built by German developer Leitert Bau & Co. KG. Delivered in phases through 2018, the 27,000 m² estate holds 219 homes — 204 apartments and 15 villas — in 2+1 to 4+1 layouts from 116 m² to 400 m², constructed to German standards and norms. It lies eight minutes from Milas–Bodrum Airport and fifteen from Bodrum centre. A private beach with pier and a five-star-hotel-standard specification made it one of the area's first true residence concepts.
