Kordon İstanbul

Kordon Istanbul is a riverside residential development in Hamidiye, Kağıthane, built along Cendere Caddesi by Ege Yapı and delivered in 2020. The project comprises 559 apartments from studios to 4+1 units, sized 41 m² to 226 m², alongside 55 shops on a 27,000 m² site. Positioned at the heart of the Kağıthane–Cendere regeneration corridor, it is minutes from Seyrantepe and Vadistanbul metro connections, the TEM highway and the Levent–Maslak business axis. The scheme takes its name and waterfront character from the rehabilitated Kağıthane stream promenade it fronts — a signature of the valley's transformation.
