Invest Vadi

Invest Vadi is a mixed-use valley development in Ayazağa, Sarıyer, beside Istanbul's Cendere valley corridor, developed by Invest İnşaat with a 2.3 billion TL investment. The project delivers 364 independent units — 142 low-rise apartments, a 202-unit residence block, 7 detached triplex villas and 13 shops — in 1+1 to 5+1 layouts from 73 m² to 486 m², with delivery targeted for 2023. The location adjoins Vadistanbul and its tram–metro link at Seyrantepe, minutes from Maslak and the TEM highway. Its horizontal-living blocks facing the green valley set it apart from the high-rise stock around the Vadi district.
