Ihlamur Konakları

İhlamur Konakları is a boutique villa community in Zekeriyaköy, Sarıyer, on Istanbul's green northern European side, developed by Güven Yapı İnşaat. The gated estate consists of 18 twin villas in 3+1 layouts of around 170 m², each with private garden space on elevated, sea-view terrain. Zekeriyaköy is one of Sarıyer's most established villa neighbourhoods, bordered by Belgrad Forest and minutes from the Black Sea beaches at Kilyos, with road links reaching Maslak's business district in roughly twenty minutes. The intimate scale of the estate is a rarity among Zekeriyaköy's larger master-planned communities.
