Fortis Sinanlı

Fortis Sinanlı Yeni Kadıköy is a large mixed-use development in Fikirtepe, Kadıköy, one of Istanbul's flagship urban renewal zones, developed by Sinanlı İnşaat in partnership with Fortis. Eight 23-storey blocks hold 1,049 apartments from 1+0 to 3+1, sized 78–195 m², above a 15,000 m² open-air shopping street of some 75 stores. Delivered in 2019, the project is minutes from the E-5, Metrobus and the Göztepe–Söğütlüçeşme rail links, with Kadıköy's shore a short drive away. Its own retail avenue effectively gives residents a high street at their doorstep.
