Firuze Konakları

3S Firuze Konakları is a residential complex in the Üniversite quarter of Avcılar, on Istanbul's European side near Küçükçekmece Lake, developed by 3S Kale and delivered in 2018. The 28,050 m² site holds 523 residences and 45 shops, with 1+1 to 4+1 apartments sized roughly 73–189 m². Close to Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa's Avcılar campus, the E-5 and the Metrobus corridor, it also sits near the planned Kanal Istanbul route.
