Emaar Square

Emaar Square is a landmark mixed-use complex in Ünalan, Üsküdar, on Istanbul's Asian side, developed by Emaar Türkiye, the local arm of Dubai's Emaar Properties. The Residences at Emaar Square comprise 420 units from 1+1 to 4+1 plus penthouses across four low-rise blocks, delivered in 2017 within a wider complex built between 2012 and 2020. Set on Libadiye Avenue beside Ünalan metro and minutes from both Bosphorus bridges, the development integrates the Emaar Square Mall, the 245 m Address Istanbul tower and an aquarium — the brand's flagship destination outside Dubai.
