Düşler Vadisi Riva

Düşler Vadisi Riva is a landmark villa development in Riva, Beykoz, on Istanbul's Asian side, built by Yılmaz İnşaat and FBA Yapı under Emlak Konut GYO assurance on Galatasaray's Riva land. The completed first phase comprises 509 villas from 2+1 to 5+1, sized 152–396 m², within a master plan of some 1,330 homes. Set along a 4.5 km valley near the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge and the northern ring road, it sits roughly equidistant from Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen. Around 70% of the site is green space, including a 4,000 m² swimmable lagoon and biological ponds.
