Denizkoru Sarıyer

Denizkoru Sarıyer is a low-rise residential development in Maden Mahallesi, Sarıyer, between the Bosphorus villages and the Black Sea forests. Developed by IC Holding's IC İçtaş, it comprises 682 residences in 129 low blocks across a 112,650 m² site, with 1+1 to 4+1 homes from 94 to 378 m², many opening onto private gardens of up to 183 m². The setting is minutes from Sarıyer centre, Zekeriyaköy and the Hacıosman metro corridor. Planned in six phases — Meşe, Orman, Boğaz, Çınar, Ladin and Defne — with first deliveries by 2025, it pairs sea and forest views in one of Sarıyer's last low-density enclaves.
