Deniz İstanbul

Deniz İstanbul is a marina coastal town in Yakuplu, Beylikdüzü, on Istanbul's European Marmara shore. Developed by Keleşoğlu Holding, the phased township pairs apartment quarters with villa enclaves — 1+1 to 4+1 apartments from around 60 to 213 m² and villas up to 585 m² — delivered across stages including Kalyon Evleri, Marina Evleri and Mercan Konakları between 2016 and 2018. Fronting 1.5 kilometres of coastline beside the E-5 and the coastal road, it is anchored by a 550-yacht marina and positioned as Istanbul's first and only residential coastal town.
