DAP Yeni Levent

DAP Yeni Levent is a large-scale mixed-use development in Huzur Mahallesi, Sarıyer, bordering Kağıthane on the new Levent axis. Developed by DAP Gayrimenkul Geliştirme with Emlak Konut assurance, it comprises 950 residences and 48 commercial units across 16 blocks, with 1+1 to 5+1 apartments from 69 to 413 m². Seyrantepe metro, the TEM motorway and the Levent business district are minutes away. First-phase handovers were completed in 2024 with a second phase progressing, making it one of the largest new-generation schemes repositioning the northern edge of Levent.
