Çiftçi Towers

Çiftçi Towers is a twin-tower mixed-use landmark in Balmumcu, Beşiktaş, at the Zincirlikuyu junction of Istanbul's central business district. Completed under Türkerler Holding, the two 45-storey towers hold 296 residences with 2+1 to 6+1 layouts from 221 to 578 m², alongside offices and a premium retail mall within 292,000 m² of total construction area. The site adjoins Büyükdere Avenue, the metrobus line and the M2 metro. Designed by John McAslan + Partners with ARUP engineering, it ranks among the tallest residential addresses on the Beşiktaş skyline, with occupancy under way since 2024.
