Cer İstanbul

Cer İstanbul is a heritage-led residential project in Yedikule, Fatih, on the southwestern shore of the Historic Peninsula. Developed by Ege Yapı in partnership with Emlak Konut GYO, it comprises 116 independent units with 1+1 to 6+1 residences and lofts ranging from 63 to 348 m². Set on Kennedy Avenue with the Princes' Islands in front and Yedikule Fortress behind, it is minutes from Kazlıçeşme Marmaray station. Delivered in 2021, the project takes its identity from the 1871 Cer railway workshops, restores historically listed buildings, and dedicates around 75% of its 41,000 m² site to landscape.
