Cennet Koru

Cennet Koru is a completed residential complex in Cennet Mahallesi, Küçükçekmece, on Istanbul's European side. Developed by Keleşoğlu Holding, it comprises 408 apartments and 25 shops on a 30,328 m² site, with 1+1 to 5+1 layouts from 93 to 243 m², topped by 243 m² duplexes. The project sits roughly 300 metres from Marmaray's Soğuksu station, with the E-5 and the coastal road close by. Delivered in 2016, it is distinguished by its midclubs residents' social club concept and its setting in one of Küçükçekmece's most established neighbourhoods.
