Çamlıyaka Konakları

Çamlıyaka Konakları is a low-rise, mansion-style residential development in Çekmeköy, on Istanbul's Anatolian side. Developed by Ege Yapı, the project comprises 61 garden and terrace residences plus 14 commercial units, with 3+1 to 5+1 homes ranging from roughly 169 to 321 m². Set directly beside Çekmeköy's pine forests yet close to the Çekmeköy metro terminus and the TEM motorway, it balances a nature-oriented setting with everyday city access. Delivered in 2022, it stands out for its horizontal architecture across a 33,000 m² construction area, with the majority of the grounds given over to landscape.
