Boğaz Çamlıca

Boğaz Çamlıca is an 84-home development by ÖZ-KA İnşaat and EB Park İnşaat in Küplüce, Üsküdar, set on the Çamlıca hillside above the Bosphorus. Seven blocks hold four layouts only: 4+1 garden duplexes, 4+1 and 4.5+1 flats, and 7+2 roof terrace duplexes, from 287 to 696 m². Every duplex has its own private elevator, and each home comes with large enclosed storage and three to four parking spaces with EV charging. Residents share an indoor pool, a gym and pilates studio, a squash court, a spa with Turkish bath, sauna and steam room, a café and an on-site market. The structure is engineered to Building Usage Class 1 with an importance coefficient of 1.5 — the standard applied to hospitals and schools — in C40 concrete with B500C reinforcement, designed for undamaged use after a major earthquake.
