Benesta Acıbadem

Benesta Acıbadem is a landmark residential project in Acıbadem, Üsküdar, on Istanbul's Anatolian side. Developed by Esta İnşaat, it offers 550 units across eight blocks, with 2+1 to 6+1 residences from 134 to 720 m² including garden duplexes, roof duplexes and lofts. Minutes from Altunizade metro, the 15 July Martyrs Bridge approach and the Marmaray line, it places the Bosphorus and both city centres within easy reach. With deliveries from 2025, the project dedicates roughly half its land to the private Benleo Park — grounds the size of two football pitches with more than twenty activity areas.
