Avrupa Residence Oryapark

Avrupa Residence Oryapark is a mixed-use development in Yamanevler, Ümraniye, on Istanbul's Asian side, built by Artaş İnşaat under its Avrupa Konutları brand in partnership with Oryataş. Sales opened in December 2025, with delivery scheduled for 2026. Rising on an 8,956 m² plot, the project comprises two towers of 22 and 34 storeys holding 317 residences in 1+1 and 2+1 layouts, alongside seven offices and nine street-level shops. The site sits close to the TEM motorway and the M5 metro, 25 minutes from Sabiha Gökçen Airport and ten from the Anatolian Side City Hospital, within reach of the Istanbul Finance Centre.
