Avangart Istanbul

Avangart Istanbul is a premium residential complex in Ayazağa on the Sarıyer–Kağıthane border, developed by Gül Proje in a revenue-share partnership with Emlak Konut GYO. Eleven blocks host 935 apartments from studios to 4+1 layouts, sized roughly 45–212 m², alongside street-level shops and restaurants. Facing Vadistanbul and minutes from Maslak's business district, the complex offers dual access from the TEM highway and Cendere road, with the Seyrantepe metro nearby and Taksim about 15 minutes away. Interiors come in three design concepts by Hakan Helvacıoğlu, and 24,000 m² of the 36,750 m² site is landscaped green space.
