Ataköy Marinada Residence

Ataköy Marinada Residence is an ultra-luxury waterfront project in Ataköy, Bakırköy, on the Marmara shore of European Istanbul, developed by Dati Yatırım Holding and designed by Tabanlıoğlu Architects. The single 17-storey residence rises above a four-level podium and contains just 72 homes — flats, duplexes, triplexes and penthouses from 1+1 to 5+1, sized 128–792 m² — with sweeping sea and Princes' Islands views. Set directly inside Ataköy Marina with fast coastal-road access across the city, it is Istanbul's first residence built within a working marina, whose berths accommodate around 1,000 boats including mega-yachts.
